Will I have space to store the trampoline?

The ness trampoline is 39” in diameter and 12 inches high. It can easily be stood up on its side for placement in the corner of the room or in the closet. The legs can be completely removed for flat storage under a bed or in the trunk of a car. We find most clients leave theirs out because the low impact nature of the trampoline allows them to use it everyday.

Will the trampoline disturb my downstairs neighbor?

As long as your floors are even, the ness trampoline is virtually silent providing a wonderfully smooth, cushioned, yet lively bounce. The soft mat and cords provide over 40% reduction on impact as compared to traditional rebounders which allows bouncing to be much quieter than jumping on the ground.

How do I keep from falling off the trampoline?

The arched legs provide stability and resist tipping for added safety. Remember, the main goal is to press down into the trampoline and stay low as opposed to trying to jump as high as you can like you might see with the use of a backyard trampoline.

Will I pee my pants?

If your pelvic floor muscles are weakened it can result in a small amount of bladder leakage which is perfectly normal. However, studies have shown that the pelvic floor muscles are believed to be highly active during trampoline exercises and thus strengthen when bouncing.

Is the trampoline refundable?

At this time we do not accept returns or refunds for the ness trampoline, only store credit. We do however offer a private use warranty that includes the below.

Why elastic cords instead of springs?

The 30 adjustable cords provide 3 tension settings that allow changes to mat firmness for a customized bounce. Our EnduroLast Elastic Cords are highly advanced bungee cords, uniquely formulated to stretch 2x resting length, compared to standard bungees or springs that only stretch as little as 1.25x resting length. The extended elasticity, combined with the longer length of our EnduroLast Elastic Cords, reduces the stress on the bungee material so our cords last significantly longer than trampolines with lower quality, shorter bungees and deliver the smoothest, deepest, and most supportive low-impact bounce on the market.
